Reed - Custom Stainless Steel

We are now ordering custom made reeds from Gowdey Reeds.  We are impressed by the quality and they are made in the USA. They will make the reed to fit your exact needs.  In the comment section specify the overall width (not weaving width) and height (including cap) and dents per inch.  These reeds are stainless steel, have a nice hard plastic cap instead of tape and are reasonably priced. 

In the quantity section put the total overall length in whole numbers and the cart will calculate the price. The price ranges from $4.25- $4.50 per inch. 

In the notes section note the outside height you need and the dents per inch needed.

Dents per inch can be anything you want up to 20 dpi.  Standard sizes are  6, 8, 10, 12, 15 and 20. For anything outside these standard sizes there is a $25 set up fee. Metric sizes are also available. 

Sorry, reeds are not discountable items. 

Reeds are custom made and take approx 3 weeks from the time of order.
